Condition for exchange and return

  • The item must be unused, remain in the condition in which it was sent, not washed, stained or smelled;
  • Any exchange or return must be made within 7 days of the shipping confirmation email;
  • We do not offer refunds on web purchases, we will credit the amount of the returned piece for an exchange or a future purchase;
  • The item must be returned in accordance with the procedures prescribed below, without being worn and/or washed.

In the absence of one of these conditions, your item cannot be exchanged.

Exchange

  • You have the right to exchange a defective item or is not of the desired size, without forgetting to respect the conditions for exchange and return mentioned.

  • We will contact you as soon as possible in order to offer you the best solution;

Our collection is limited in quantity, it may be that the item you wish to exchange is no longer available where the importance of contacting us before sending the item. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, our alteration services may remedy your problem. Otherwise, you will be offered a credit note for your next purchase. To follow our values of sustainability, we will not take back clothes stained, washed, or with perfume odors. Since we have limited and exclusive quantities, we do not want to have a surplus of non-reusable clothing.

Return

  • You have the right to return a defective item or simply because you have changed your mind;
  • We do not offer a refund, a credit note may be offered in case you do not want to keep the garment;
  • Remember to respect the conditions for return exchange;

  • We will communicate to you as soon as possible in order to offer you the best solution;

Exchange or return fees

  • We are committed to your satisfaction. All items that are delivered are inspected prior to shipment to ensure their quality;
  • Please come to our workshop by appointment in Montreal. At MAR, we firmly believe that we can offer an alteration solution to your garment. A private consultation with stylist will be offered. We will pay special attention to the small details of your article so that it is perfectly adapted to the morphology of your body.
  • We pay for alterations, this is included in our service;
