You agree to purchase these items at your own risk.

When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm that you will be authorized to use and access the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe that your payment has violated a law or one of our Terms of Use, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.

Transportation and Delivery

When you make a purchase on our site, you agree and agree to provide a valid email address and a shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to change, reject or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your method of payment. Returns

Please follow this procedure to return your items by mail:

Our return policy applies only to clothing purchased online. MAR asks each customer to come to our workshop in downtown Montreal to make the return or exchange of the garment.

  • Since we do not present a refund policy, if a customer wishes to make a final return of the clothing they have purchased online, a credit note will be issued;
  • When a client comes to the workshop for an exchange, a consultation will be offered to them to adjust the clothing to these needs. We pay for alterations.

All products purchased on mariakarimi.com must be returned as described above. Contact info@mariakarimi.com for more details.

Limitation of liability

Maria Karimi or any of her employees will be held responsible for any issues arising from this site. Nevertheless, Maria Karimi and her employees will not be liable for any problems arising from any improper use of this site.

Allowance

As a user, you hereby indemnify Maria Karimi from all liability, costs and causes of action, any damage or expense resulting from your use of this site or your breach of any of the provisions set out in this document.
